Noodles and Company

Corporate cares more about money than customer experience. Make you pay for a soda now if you just want a cup of water on a 100 degree day. Manager reiterated that they don’t legally have to provide it. Don’t worry, wouldn’t want you to do the bare minimum to provide a courtesy to your customers…. With how overpriced their noodles are it would be nice to be able to drink a water to wash down all the starch, cheese, and grease that gets stuck in your throat.

Very disappointing experience. I placed a carry out order online. When I arrived to pick it up I was told that somebody had already picked it up. What had happened was a door dasher picked it up. They let that happen and after they let that happen they told me they had a lot of orders and that I would have to wait 20 minutes for them to remake my order. They did apologize and they did offer me a free drink. But that didn’t cut it. I don’t mean to be high maintenance but they should have dropped what they were doing and get my order versus telling me I have to wait after everyone else when my order was scheduled ahead of everyone else and they let a door dasher grab it. This was a relatively large order to feed my family and this was a hugh inconvenience. They need to fix their process in dealing with door dashers and they need to make sure that not just anybody is picking up anybody’s order. .

Came in around 2:30 today with my boyfriend. Super nice staff! She made sure to bring us our food right when ready and went out of her way to accommodate us. Spreading kindness leaves such an impression on customers. She needs a promotion! Food is always amazing.

Husband and I ordered twice now from this restaurant. We both are pleased once again. The flavors are good. Food tastes fresh. I loved my rigatoni noodles with chicken. Wow! I would say this place is "3 notches" above mainstream fazzollies. I recommend. Good prices. Large portions. Thanks you guys

I was appalled to find a bug in my food, let alone one this large and clearly visible. This is a serious sanitation issue and completely unacceptable. It raises major concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I will not be returning and strongly urge management to address this immediately. Not to mention everytime we order food to go there is always an item missing or the wrong food.
